I have coulrophobia

Clowns terrify me with their ugly red noses, crazy coloured hair and daft squirting flowers. They creep me out. Anyone else have this phobia and have any tips, or am I alone?

it is a fairly common phobia. nowadays clowns are not such a common thing... you have to make an effort to see one.

I am scared of clowns too, haven't seen one in years though. Before they used to hang around at fun fairs and in town shopping centres and there used to be days where they'd come into schools or at a library event or other events held for children like parties, fundraisers etc. They were everywhere, I was terrified. Nowadays they aren't too common, thank goodness.
