Depression, compensation and bad university?

Hello all,

It is a long issue and if you have the patience to read this I would really appreciate any constructive feedback and help.

I studied a degree in said university and got kicked out due to "plagiarism".
The university never offered me any support regarding my mental health until my last semester and when I initially applied to said university I informed them that I suffered of severe depression (clinical) and anxiety.
I studied in said university for 4 years and every year I had group issues that were never resolved properly, where I would do everything by myself while students were dropping out or would "lose" their work one day before the assignment due date.
I raised my multiple concerns with the department dean twice via e-mail and nothing was ever done and he said I never raised any complaints. Also, I raised complaints with registry and they told me they didn't have any records regarding said complaints even when I was given reference numbers and etc.
In between my complaints a lot of people that were dealing with my complaints later on quit their job and my complaints were left in the limbo until I had to raise it formally with the help of student union.
In between my course I was suggested of having autism by the course coordinator due to my anger regarding a lot of issues. I was 25 by the time it happened and if I did have autism I would have known, I felt that said course coordinator was very out of her place.
I even went to a specialist and was literally told: "You don't have autism, you were just very angry."
Also I had multiple lectures that lasted 15 minutes instead of 50 pre covid 19 due to the university not having any teaching material. We were being taught algebra in year 2 in computer science in a pony module named databases for example and the teacher responsible for said module was always on her phone and on facebook.

There is more than the mentioned above and I ended up almost killing myself due to my condition and developed psychosis, got good grades (was expecting an upper 2.1 if I didn't get kicked out), tried to transfer to another university and was told the previous university modules were bad and they couldn't even give me entrance to year 1, wasted 4 years of my life while I could be working full time (I applied as an EU worker, so no work = no STFE funding) and now I have to start my course with another university from year 0 and currently having to appeal to STFE to get extra funding.

Now I finally was able file a formal complaint and I am expecting an answer this week.

My questions are: in my shoes what would have you done and what is your opinion in the matter?

It is CCCU, I wouldn't recommend anyone go there as in my 4 years I spent more time sending e-mails to get issues sorted than studying.
I could be earning 15000 pounds more at my current job than going there, and also even if I graduated there I believe I wouldn't have any professional skills related to the course.
