QMul transfer after foundation year?

So to sum a few things up: I applied to 5 universities through UCAS, but recently heard about QMUL, checked them out, and really like their Law and Business Bachelor degree.
I'm currently enrolled in a foundation year for Law at the University of Greenwich and would like to change university starting the first year of my studies.
So what I was wondering is: Would Queen Mary still consider an application (or transfer, whatever suits them best) for Law and Business for entry in 2021-2022? (English and European Law could also be an option for me.)

Extra information: I'm an EU student with Pre-Settled status, I will be able to present a Belgian Diploma of Secondary Education (I'm sitting my exams now) together with the grades of my foundation year. English is not a problem, and I'd be more than happy to sit an IELTS exam if needed.
