don't let her stop you, Talk with your form tutor, head of year or head of maths and explain you want to be taught the material for higher paper. Teach yourself it, buy a revision guide for higher maths go on mathsmadeasy (they have past papers and worksheets for maths and science) and go through the topics yourself ask your parents or a friend to help you.
