Accommodation Take Over (DMU Students) 2021-2022

Hi,

I have a tenancy starting from August for a 1 bedroom flat in Leicester (https://www.westmanorstudentliving.co.uk/uncategorized/mitchian-house/ - it's not this specific flat but I can try & get hold of some photos/videos if desired). The tenancy runs until the end of the academic year (so summer 2022), however I am looking for someone to take it over as I no longer require the flat. It's £166 per week, but the rent is paid in 4 instalments (1st july, 4th october, 3rd jan & 25th April - these are negotiable to fit with your student loan drops) & summe rrent is half price.

The water bills are included in the rent & so is the internet, so only gas/electric would be needed to be paid independently.

The flat is located close to DMU and Lidl is a few mins walk away. Flat is modern and spacious.
