A- level Chemistry or English Literature?

In the future I would like to do a food-related course at university so that I can become a food tech teacher. I have already chosen biology and geography as two of my A-levels but I am torn between what to choose for my third option. I enjoy English literature more but food courses at uni require you to do some science A-levels. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

Personally I would choose chemistry as the 'chemistry' between your alevels would be better. But it also depends if you enjoy it because doing something you dont enjoy for 2 years can be tough
