True, I’ve always thought his reputation for rumored affairs & gaffs has in some ways helped him popularity wise. It was almost so comical people felt sorry for him especially when he got stitched up on HIGNFY and a lot of guys secretly admired his alpha-cavalier attitude.

I do think beneath the jollyness is a very sharp intellectual though.
