Help on choices of computer science

I applied for a foundation year in computing at DMU Leicester, but they have cancelled the course for this year. I have been told I can choose a specific BSc Hons course instead, but I was using the foundation year to help me progress on to what course I wanted to do for my first year. Can anyone help who has studied any of the BSc hons 3 year courses, and what they entail as I haven't got any idea which route I want to go down.
