KMMS want an AAB and UCLan (but not everyone can apply as they have specific requirements such as being in the North West of England and only have 15 places) Sheffield, HYMS and Lancaster also reduce it to AAB if you have an A or above in an EPQ.
Your best bet is to resit the subject you got a B in October. Enter your grade into UCAS as B but add another pending one to show that you're resitting.
With a high UCAT score that could be enough if you would be eligible for the widening-participation section. Be aware of the medical school requirements however as some don't accept anyone below their entry requirements of AAA and above
