Easy! (Assuming you are running windows of some sort here...)

Simply minimise all of your windows and press the "Print Screen" key it is at the top right of your keyboard somewhere and might be Prt Scr or something similar. Then all you do is open up Paint and click on Edit-->Paste. After that all you have to do is File-->Save - when you do this choose a file format like jpeg or png to keep the file size down.
