Additional Comments:
Only other big worry is that the laptop can't be too loud. Don't want to disturb other students during lectures all the time.

A Lenovo Yoga 7 fulfils your criteria, I think. It has a touchscreen but it isn't too loud. Are you looking for a newer model or is an older model okay?
