10 mark questions (edexcel)

So i was practicing 10 mark questions for my Edexcel A level business exams this summer, and one of the questions says "Assess the likely benefits". Every video I have watched about 10 markers so far has said to give a balanced answer, with a paragraph supporting the question and then a contrasting paragraph, then a short judgement, but "assess the benefits" sounds like it just wants you to look at the positive side. Should I still give one paragraph for and one paragraph against or does assessing the benefits mean you should give two paragraphs supporting the question?
