I would say it depends on the Sixth Form College. I take 4 A-Levels + EPQ as well (not Geography, but Economics), and I applied for Medicine. It is certainly acceptable at most universities, I don't see why it wouldn't be, given that most universities ask for Chemistry (and Biology), and you will meet this requirement. However, university offers may include four subjects and therefore may mean that you need to work harder than the people who take three A-levels. I would not recommend (in most cases) doing four A-Levels because it may be too excessive.
