Leeds Conservatoire 2023

Since I haven’t received anything from LIPA, Leeds Conservatoire is my second option and I’ve been offered an audition that I’ll be doing end of February. Just wondering if there’s anyone else also auditioning for Leeds and what you’re applying for. I’ve applied for the popular music course, specialising in electric guitar.

EDIT: Just a followup, did my audition and got a conditional offer, definitely thinking this is the one ill accept, still gonna go to the open day on april 1st to make sure of my decision but im pretty pleased :smile:

Hey! I’ve applied for Leeds and LIPA. I did my LIPA audition and got an offer in December but i’ve heard a few people have had the same issue of not hearing back from them. At Leeds i’ve applied for Music Business and I did my interview the other day.

Hey, I got a conditional from Leeds (I'm a non-EU international applicant). I did a recorded audition for BMus Jazz specialising in piano and got my offer about a week after submitting the video.

It went brilliantly! Really chill, I had a lovely group whom I auditioned in front of and I liked how they immediately gave corrections and workshopped bits. I still haven't heard back though, so I'm giving it until the 14th before I chase up xx

hey, yeah i withdrew from lipa, have reserved my accommodation for leeds now at one mill street, dont suppose you’ve applied for mill street also? trying to find out who i’ll be sharing a flat with currently lmao

I’ve applied for Joseph stones just because there doesn’t seem to be en-suite rooms at one mill? was that the case for you too

unfortunately ill hardly afford the rent at mill street for a standard room so didnt bother trying for an ensuite at joseph stones😭 i only plan on staying there for the first year tho cus theres bound to be somewhere a bit cheaper for better, mill street is just more convenient at this time
