Deloitte brightstart apprenticeship - job simulation

I've been searching for cyber security higher/degree apprenticeships for the last few months after finishing my A levels and completed my deloitte job simulation for the brightstart higher apprenticeship in the cyber risk/security area around 4 weeks ago on 14th January. It's been on the 'we are now assessing your application' stage for around 2.5 weeks, they mention it being up to 4 weeks for a response, though I haven't heard anything back yet. Just wanted to ask if this was normal or if I should get in touch via live chat.

Some tips on where to look for these cyber security apprenticeships or how to secure one would also be great as I've been relatively unsuccessful despite getting to a few interview/assessment stages.
