Hi,This is vasanth.my CAS shield has been stuck at 61% for the past 2 weeks. And No response from the mail that have sent to university, live chat is not available for more than 5 days and international team also switched off. Is there any holiday going on right now?

And i can see most people posting that their cas stuck at 61% more than 4 weeks and no replies from them. Plz help where i can find a solution

My CAS Shield is stuck on 61%

Hi may I know till when your cas shield got stuck?
This has been going on for 2+yrs and in all honesty I'm not sure how Cov get away with it tbh.

Unfortunately I can't assist, but the rep is quite responsive.
Hello! I'm one of the student ambassadors at Coventry University
Firstly I would like to apologise for the situation.
I'd suggest getting in contact with the admissions team to gain more an insight on how you can get help with this.
Please be aware you may benefit from calling rather than emailing due to the amount of emails they are getting during this time
I appreciate that this is extremely frustrating and I hope you can get the information that you need and deserve.

Greetings Shilpa,

I apologize for your experience and your situation. As the application load is higher than usual, the process has started be more slower. What I would advise you to call as much as you can as there is a higher chance for you to get support and you may benefit from calling rather than emailing due to the amount of emails they are getting during this time.

I understand that this is an extremely frustrating process, I hope you can get the support that you need and deserve.

Hi @vasanth

Hope you're doing well. as the admissions team is currently dealing with a lot of applicants and it'll take some time for them to get back to you. Please don't worry, you will definitely receive your CAS. Hope this helps:smile:.

Kind regards
