ATAS delay

I got an offer and CAS from Swansea University for medical radiation physics taught course for jan intake.
I applied for ATAS on Nov 7th 2023, it's been 7 weeks but haven't heard anything from them yet. I emailed for an inquiry but haven't got a reply.

Do you have any idea or how to get the ATAS?
