Career in pharmacology

I unfortunately didn’t get into my first choice uni to study pharmacology, however I am now studying pharmaceutical science instead, which contains pharmacology units in the second year (I started in September 22).

I’ve been worried that this won’t help me in becoming a pharmacologist, and that I’ll have to go back to do another undergrad (no one actually wants to do that). I’ve seen masters programmes for pharmacology, but will I even be able to get onto them? And will they be enough since masters are only a year long
