Tenancy takeover for ensuite room in Edinburgh (Buccleuch Pl Ln)

Looking for a replacement female tenant to takeover my lease of an ensuite room in a student accomodation situated just a 5-minute stroll from the vibrant Georges Square campus on Buccleuch Pl Ln. The Meadows (arguably one of the nicest park in Edinburgh) is also 2 minutes away.
Available immediately and until August.

Building is new and modern. Room has its own ensuite bathroom for comfort and privacy. You will share the living room and kitchen with 6 other female students (all very friendly). Everything is included in the lease (internet, water, heating). You also have access to a leisure area with ping pong tables, pool tables and couches.

Loads of supermarket, shops and restaurants nearby. Very well connected to the rest of the city.
