Room available at Wolfson House Residence

Hi,

I am planning to leave London sometime in May or June, and I am searching for a student who would be willing to take over my contract for the summer (until the beginning of September). I share a flat in Wolfson House Residence with three friendly flatmates. The rent is affordable and it's conveniently located next to London Bridge Station.

As per the terms of my accommodation agreement, the individual who will be taking over the contract must meet the following criteria:

They should not be currently residing in any of King's Residences or have had an agreed termination earlier this year.

•

They must be a full-time postgraduate student at King's College.
