Studio Tenancy/lease takeover Edinburgh

I'm a student at the University of Edinburgh and would like to know if anyone has a studio lease/contract they would like me to take over for the 23/24 academic year. I've been struggling to find any myself so just pm me if you have a contract you would like me to take over :smile:

I'm looking for someone to takeover my room. Tenancy length is from 9 September 2023 to 13 July 2024. Accommodation is McDonald road prestige student living. Room is premium studio.

Rent is supposed to be 225 per week, but I signed it when it was 209, so you will only be paying 209 per week.
