Bristol university vet nurse placement

Hi, I received an offer for veterinary nursing and companion animal behaviour at university of Bristol and I’m confused about the placement. I know that over the first and second year you need to complete the 10 weeks work experience. However, I’m worried that due to having to work in the holidays i won’t be able to have a part time job which i will need to afford everything. Is there a way to complete this work experience and keep a part time job?

Hi there, I’m sure there are many students with your same case. You could always try to see if u can find any work experiences that offer pay (eg my friend worked part-time in a cattery and got paid regularly for helping out), and u could always email the university for some advice x :smile:
