Help I don’t get why the correct ans is b. Because in order for it to be optical isomerism it has to be cis isomerism too right?? I’m so stress plz help meIMG_2131.jpeg

Optical isomers don’t have to be Cis/trans isomerisms in order to work.
Optical - 4 different groups attach to one atom
E/Z - 2 different groups attach to a same atom in a double bond.
They don’t contradict to each other.
