Real estate msc

Hi, I am Aniruddha from India. Currently, I am searching for real estate-related master's courses from the UK. I am a Civil engineer with a master's degree in construction management post. I have work experience of 3.7 years in the construction industry. Can anyone give their advice on whether there are job opportunities in the Real estate finance industry? And which universities are renowned for the MSC in Real Estate?

Thanks,
Aniruddha

If you intend to work in real estate or finance, you don't need a degree in either. If it's specifically real estate finance, you don't even need a degree in that.

The go to site for appropriate degrees in real estate is RICS (and you can find RICS accredited degrees internationally, not just in the UK). See: https://www.ricscourses.org/

You will find a number of degrees involving construction, project planning, and urban planning. However, for the top end university that specifically look into real estate finance, you're looking at courses at LSE and Cambridge, See:
https://www.postgraduate.study.cam.ac.uk/courses/directory/lelempref
https://www.lse.ac.uk/study-at-lse/Graduate/degree-programmes-2023/MSc-Real-Estate-Economics-and-Finance
The above would be great degrees to do if you intend to go into academic research.

I don't know which specific role in real estate or finance you are looking for so it's difficult to recommend the appropriate course for you (not that you need one).
