Whats the answer to this?
Dale is following this recepie to make shortbread fingers Dale uses 100g of flour How many shortbread fingers does he make.
Recepie: 18 fingers
125g butter
55g sugar 180g flour
Recepie: 18 fingers

If you're only calculating how many shortbread fingers Dale makes then I'm not sure why you need to measurements of butter and sugar also?
If 180g flour makes 18 shortbread fingers, then 100g flour makes 10 shortbread fingers as each shortbread finger needs 10g flour.
If 180g flour makes 18 shortbread fingers, then 100g flour makes 10 shortbread fingers as each shortbread finger needs 10g flour.
