Resitting Art GCSE exam

So ive had this really terrible stomach bug for the past 4-5 days and my GCSE exam for art (the 10 hour final piece one) is set for tomorrow and i have no idea whether ill feel better or not tomorrow. I really dont want to miss any exams in general but the pain because of the virus is unbearable for me to sit for 10 hours. I was wondering, would i be able to resit the 10 hours for example next week as this isnt an ordinary “pen and paper” exam or would they just use my mock grades for my final? Im also aware of producing some form of medical certificate but im just really worried. Thank you
