What is more difficult out of chemistry and physics at a level ?
I took both and overall found chemistry slightly easier, but it depends on your strengths. I found maths the challenging part of the physics course, but I know that other people that did maths A level didn't find that part as hard. The organic chemistry gets quite tough in the second year as there's a lot of content to learn. Neither subject, to me, was significantly harder than the other, and I'd say it mostly comes down to what comes easiest to you.
