What topics are most worth knowing for sociology

I am not feeling very confident and I struggle with remembering all the content. I want to revise some topics that are likely to come up for all three papers.
Your advice is appreciated.

I do aqa as well, its difficult to say topics for all 3 as papers are all different but class, ethnicity, gender are big topics which usually appear in all 3 papers. Gender can link to feminism while class can link to marxism so it allows lots to be covered.
