There are many sixth form colleges that only require five GCSEs at grade 4 or above including English and Maths.
Depends what subjects you plan to take/ career. For my sixth form, many STEM subjects and economics required a grade 6 or above in maths. Maths and English are also important for some uni courses if you don't take them at A-level. You'll see on some uni courses that they specify for a B (for example) in A-level maths and somewhere next to it they'll put 'or grade 7 or above in GCSE maths. You might benefit from resitting some GCSEs if this will impact your applications for uni
