Have you done script writing? What are your tips?

I want to learn something new and I'm currently thinking about giving script writing ago.

I was wondering if anyone can give me any tips that they think I would find useful when starting script writing?

Familiarize yourself with different script formats and styles by reading scripts from various genres. Analyze how scenes are structured, dialogue is written, and characters are developed. This will help you understand the mechanics of storytelling through scripts.

Hi! I've a bachelor's degree in screenwriting.

If you're writing for film, I would recommend you start by reading Save the Cat by Blake Snyder. He breaks down how to pace and structure a screenplay brilliantly.
