Junior Maths Challenge - So Upset.

Hi All,
I spent six months revising, more than anyone else in my school. In my practice papers I was getting Golds. However, I got my mark back today and got a Bronze. I don't know how to cope with this at all.

firstly a bronze is still really good bc these papers are hard and its quite rare to get gold.

secondly i dont mean to be rude but why did u revise for it, it literally goes towards nothing so if you did really bad (which you didnt) no one is gonna care

i go to a grammar school and when we did it in year 8 around two thirds just got a participation award so genuinely dont stress about your mark

okay i get that it’s annoying when you work hard and don’t get the return you wanted, but it’s gonna happen a lot in life tbh

i did an intermediate one this year and didn’t even get a bronze so honestly you did decent. and plus it barely counts towards anything, it was always branded as a bit of fun to us
