Healthcare Support Worker Application - No experience
Hi! I have a younger sister who is not sure about which healthcare career she is going to do after Year 13 so she opted for a gap year to gain experience before deciding. However, she has no work experience as she has been focusing on her studies. She is worried that she would not get a job due to inexperience as most of the time, they were looking for people with at least 1 year experience of working as a HSW.
I would like to ask for some help on how she can make herself more likely to get the job due to no work experience and what things she needs to include in her personal statement and how to prepare for interviews.
