Keeping the cost of eating out down in London?

Hello everyone :tongue:

I'm looking for ways to try and keep costs down, whilst Uni'ing in London. I do work part time but I like to eat out with friends atleast once per week.

Has anyone used tastecard?
Looks like they cover a lot of restaurants in London and they have a trial for £1. Just wanted to see if anyone has used them before?

Orrrr I could stop eating out as much (not going to happen) :smile:

i use too good to go sometimes. i usually get the one for greggs and costa and you usually get a huge bag of sandwiches that I just use for lunch for a week. most are under a fiver.
