Do you think EDEXCEL maths will have a lowered mark scheme?

As of exams this year, I don't think I did well in Paper 2 (merely 35 marks max.) I got like 40 on Paper 1 I think and 45 (around) on today's Paper 3. That makes me panick a little. Someone said we need 42 on each paper to pass and my marks are not up there yet (unless I'm wrong). Do you think they might lower the marks a little bit again?

If you are doing GCSE Higher tier, then you will get a 6.
If you are doing GCSE Foundation tier, then you might fail.

Foundation. My marks might be a little higher on Paper 2 than I think but it is stressful.

It is not very likely for 120-125 to be enough for a 4. But don't panic because you can resit maths.
If you still have other GCSE papers, then forget about maths for now so that it won't affect other subjects.
You will have the whole summer available for revision if you are to resit.
