I can relate, I’ve got 4 exams to go and I’m so worn out
and I know im gonna be so mad at myself on results day for giving up but its so hard

i feel you, it's so difficult to keep going after weeks and weeks of hard work. But just think about results day and how you'll feel if you knew you could have pushed through for 5 (?) more days but gave up last minute. You can do this. Maybe just try and do small chunks of revision, even if it's pomodoro and you do 25 mins at a time its better than nothing.
I'm guessing you've already done a fair amount of revision for your remaining exams? Give yourself some time off, away from your desk and studying etc. for at least 2 hours, and later (if you feel up to it) maybe have a look at a couple of past paper questions, your notes, or whatever else you want to do. Be kind to yourself, and remember the importance of getting enough rest and sleep! Best of luck
