Majority of students live in the Hammersmith and Fulham areas. They’re on the district line so go direct to South Ken. The more specific areas are Shepherd’s bush, west kensington, earl’s court, barons court, parsons green. Some live in Battersea just south of the river

Yeah they are quite. Especially the further central you go they increase pretty fast. For a 4 bed flat, the average per person per week is £220-240 without bills.
