I am seeking a student to take over my tenancy agreement at Q Studios, ground floor classic studio.
The studio is available from Sep 2023 - July 2024.
Overall rent payment is £5,980; my tenancy is set up to 9 instalments, the breakdown is £598 for 8 months, then £1,196 last payment (June and July are paid in one).
Deposit £200
All bill included
Free Wifi and more
15 walk from Staffordshire University and a bit of a distance from Keele, but many Keele students do stay here.
