Torn between apprenticeship offers

So I have received two apprenticeship offers one of which is a level 4 network engineer apprenticeship with metro bank the other is a digital & technology applications consultant degree apprenticeship with capgemini. I am very torn between the two and I don't know which one to accept. I haven't made a definitive decision on what I want to progress into further on down the line, but I come from a family of network specialists so naturally the job is very appealing and interesting to me. I think I would like to either go down the architect route whether that be network/cloud but i also have a growing interest in cyber security. Please shed your thoughts on the situation and ask any questions you feel necessary, I'm really just looking to spark up a conversation that will help me to make a decision
The biggest question I would ask is, which company do you think will have the best future career opportunities? You have done very well to be offered those sorts of jobs so well done! Remember, salary is important but not the main thing whilst you are still learning. My family path is manual skilled work and I'd never be seen doing that (I'm lazy). All the best for you and your future career.

First of all thank you for taking time to read and respond to my question, the salary at metro bank is 25k as compared to capgemini 20k, im honestly not sure as to which one would have the best future career opportunities, it seems to me as if a lot of the people employed at capgemini stay there for a very long time whereas people at metro stay for a while and move within the to different banks. One key distinction I've identified is that Capgemini is an IT company and consultancy so there will be large differences within the many projects as compared to metro bank which will have a more standardised role working within a network operations centre

Hi, congrats on those offers! I was also interested in applying for a role in similar fields to those for an apprenticeship. I was wondering what experience you had and what you spoke about for your CV / cover letter? Also which a levels did you do?
