"You have no active intakes" feedback on my UEL CAS Shield

Please help!
I'm no longer able to access my UEL CAS Shield, I keep getting the feedback, "You have no active intakes" upon logging in. My CAS Shield progress was displaying 96% few days ago and now this error. I literally worried about my CAS!
