Caution and bank employability

Alright so I was mischievous a few years back, when I was 16 I stole a bike after my bike had been stolen and received a police caution for it. I’m pretty sure I’m going to Warrick in September (19 now) to pursue a finance degree. Is there no point because I wanted to become an investment banker but I’ll have dishonesty on my record. I’m not looking for any sympathy and I have not had any trouble with the law apart from that one incident.
