My IGCSE in English Language

Does my IGCSE in English Language count as one GCSE if I also have another GCSE in English Language with a different exam board? or will they both count as one instead of two seperate gcses?

IGCSEs carry the exact same weight as GCSEs, an IGCSE in Eng Lang is identical to GCSE Eng Lang. The only difference is the IGCSE is the international version of GCSEs, this is the same for IAs (International A levels). Having an IGCSE and a GCSE in Eng Lang would count as two different GCSEs, but there is 0 point doing the same subject twice as having two qualification of the same level in the same subject would be seen by employers and universities and school as pointless. Just do the one. Hope this helps
