IGCSE English as a second language

Hello there;
I would like to study Physics with Mathematics at university, I am currently in year 12 going into year 13. I am studying A-Levels with the subjects being Physics, Maths, and Further Maths; I'm predicted A*A*A. However I got a 3 in my GCSE English Language paper; I sat it twice as well one in year 11 and I did a retake in year 12 but got a 3 both times.
So I will be sitting another english language paper.

Do universities accept IGCSE English as a second language qualification instead of GCSE English language??

Universities don't usually accept IGCSE second language as proof of English proficiency. If you've been taught full-time in English for A levels, this is usually enough proof, but otherwise you would have to sit the IELTS, TOEFL or another equivalent.
