What happens if on AQA english literature paper 1 I did not specifically reference the extract (e.g. using 'in the extract) but i used 1 quote from it in one of my paragraphs about the whole play and wrote a tiny bit about the quote (without mentioning it was in the extract).I never wrote "in the extract"or "in the text as a whole" but I really don't want my marks to be capped as my answers were decent.

As long as u include quote from the extract u will get marks.
