IB EE
I'm so unsure of what to do my EE on, I'm really interested in medicine (esp genetics) and think I want to do it in Biology but then you have to do like an experiment and I don't really know what experiment I could do? I don't have to decide yet but I just don't know how to make my interests in genetics/medicine into a specific question?
It doesn't matter what area you do your EE in. Even most bioscience EEs are probably of minimal relevance to medicine.
If you have an idea for something you want to do as a science EE then go for it, but don't force yourself to do a scientific EE just because you think it's somehow necessary or beneficial. Do it in whatever you are most interested in that you can develop a sustained piece of writing on, and that you think you will be able to write something meeting the rubric requirements for the subject you are doing it in (bearing in mind for example some EE subjects require collecting of primary data, or at least did when I did IB).
