Can i take a gap year then get a degree apprenticeship lined up for next summer, I want an apprenticeship and I want to start earning money asap. Please lmk.

of course, you can take a gap year and then apply to start an apprenticeship starting next year (2024 intake) but you also need to be aware apprenticeships are in high demand and can be hard to obtain. a gap year will most likely not impact your chances though.

It's nice that you know what you want to do. But it might be a good idea to keep your options open. Maybe apply to university as well as a back up plan?
