日本語のレベルは何ですか？どのぐらい日本語を勉強しましたか

多分9年前に始めたけど、その時からずっと練習してなかったから、まだN4とかN3かな? 最近勉強したことがなくて、特に文法は下手になちゃった

あーそうですか。一緒に練習しませんか？僕は大体一年間日本語を勉強しました。

一年間だけでこんなに上手になったのはすごいだね!　残念ですけど、私の練習方法は熱心なんてなので、ダメかも..

Yes I work for a Japanese company and had 15 lessons with a native speaker. I like languages, but must say it surprised me how tough it was. The inability to read the language as a learning aid is a bigger barrier than I imagined. The alphabets and writing are tough, my teacher who has lived in uk for a while told me she hadn’t bothered to try to get her kids able to read the language. Of course it’s possible to learn but don’t underestimate the time and the dedication needed to make progress.

Oh really. Yes japanese is quite hard. What makes it more difficult is the writing system. How has your language journey been?

何もしてなくて、時々好きな歌の歌詞を学ぶ方法です　笑

I’m ashamed to say I’ve given up. Without a necessity to learn it proven to challenging and I wasn’t prepared to spend the time. I would love to speak and write in Japanese though

最初の一年間くらいで'みんなの日本語'とgenkiを使って、　そのあと大体YouTubeだけだった。まだ下手だから私の練習方法をおすすめできない〜
