Hi there,

The History revision sounds amazing, you have incorporated lots of techniques in one that is beneficial for those types of subjects. However, from what I have learnt by achieving a Grade 9 in Triple Science and English Literature is that less is more. I would try to revise so much and cram which would lead me just to a passing grade in my mocks, however when it came to exam season, I tried to just watch youtube videos and get the hold of it. Anything you wouldn't understand you could just watch a video on it. Also keep in mind, I started my revision 5 months before the exam, by working about an hour a day. My friend, (who was one of the smartest girls in my class) started her revision way too early and felt burnt out and overwhelmed when it came to exams. She didn't end up achieving any Grade 9s because she overworked herself too early, so don't make the same mistake. Hope that helps!

For my exams, I found some youtube channels really useful for last-minute revision that I probably would have used for earlier revision if I had found them earlier. The ones I'd recommend are:

History - https://www.youtube.com/@gerardotoolegcsehistoryrev16/videos (Gerard O'Toole GCSE History Revision) He has a series of videos for all of the topics you're studying
Science - https://www.youtube.com/@ScienceShorts (Science Shorts)
- https://www.youtube.com/@ExamQA (Exam QA) I watched their Night Before Exam revision videos and they summarised things quite well but they were live and took place quite late at night
English lit - https://www.youtube.com/@MrSallesTeachesEnglish (Mr Salles Teaches English) I don't know if he'll have the topics you're studying but he does suggest some really helpful revision techniques
