Why didn’t you present the extenuating circumstances before the results? Closing the gate after the horse has bolted always looks a bit suspect.

Hey I worded this wrong. They were aware of them and accepted them but the fact I dropped in 2 subjects, especially bio was the reason they rejected me. I was wondering whether if I urged my EC again if they knew how close I was to the boundary when they rejected me or not

No they don’t. They just get the grades. You should send them the actual marks, although if they have already made a decision and updated UCAS it is prob too late, but worth a shot nonetheless.
