IB HL Chem: uncertainty less precise than result

Two measurements taken, one at start and one at end. Result gained is 24.95cm^3. The uncertainty is 0.05cm^3, however as two measurements have been taken it is now 0.1cm^3. Do I round 24.95 up to 25.0 to maintain this precision or keep it? And which value should I use in calculations? Any help would be appreciated.

You keep the 24.95 cm^3 as it is.

If you want everything kept to the same number of decimal places, then the total uncertainty is 0.10 cm^3.
