I never did economics at A-level but im doing it at Uni, is there anything that I can do now to prepare for the economics course in advance so im not just like in the dark? Anything helps!

If you go to the supermarket with £10. Look at the prices of apples and oranges. Figure out how many apples and oranges you could get with your budget. Figure out the rate that you'd substitute applies for oranges, to derive your optimal allocation. Then go home, on the walk back, think about how firms might use this framework when analysing labour and capital outputs in the production process. When you get home, give yourself a pat on the back because you've just completed semester 1 of first year microeconomics....... 😅
